Dr. O’Brocta served as the Director of Experiential Education at the LECOM School of Pharmacy from 2002-2006. In 2005 he received the outstanding teacher of the year award. In 2006, he joined the Wegmans School of Pharmacy as the Director of Experiential Education and in that role developed the experiential program for the school. In 2008, he assumed the role as Assistant Dean of Student Affairs where he oversaw the admissions process, student progression, and student organizations. As a notable accomplishment he spearheaded the development of the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) process for students. His interests include the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, Leadership, and Emergency Preparedness. In 2013, Dr. O'Brocta assumed the role of Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
