1. Create a personal account to LOGIN to TEACH.
- Visit the TEACH Online Services login page.
- Click on Self Register to create a login and password.
- Step-by-step instructions are provided.
2. Create a TEACH Account and complete application.

If you no longer have access to Fish 'R' Net, you may request a transcript by visiting the Registrar’s transcript page.
Applying for Your Certificate(s):
Graduates of our programs will be using the Approved Teacher Preparation Program Pathway. TEACH will ask if you have completed an approved teacher preparation program and you will select 'YES.' It will then ask you for a program code. (See codes below.)

Note: Adolescence undergrads who have successfully completed EDUC 338 are eligible for a separate Grades 5-6 Middle School Extension certificate. Program codes for the extensions are the same as the codes for the subject area; e.g. Biology 5-6 Extension program code would be 22864.

Graduate Math Science Technology (GMST)
The GMST Education program is two-fold, where candidates first complete the course requirements (including student teaching) leading to initial teacher certification. When applying for initial certification on the TEACH site, the award title GMST candidates would be seeking is Advanced Certificate, which awards initial certification. Upon completion of the requirements for initial certification, candidates are eligible to complete an additional 18 credit hours to fulfill the requirements for the master's degree.

No More Paper Certificates for Initial Certifications
As of 3/2/2010, paper certificates are no longer printed for initial certifications. If you require "paper" proof of your certification, you may apply for a "duplicate" certificate on the TEACH site (once your initial certification has issued). The cost is $25.
