Professor Shares Business Expertise through Fulbright, Aims to Erupt Economic Development on Volcanic Island of Rodrigues
04/28/2016This summer, Dr. Merouane Lakehal-Ayat, a professor in the Department of Accounting and Finance in the School of Business, will travel to Rodrigues, a small volcanic island in the heart of the Indian Ocean. His second trip to the island, he’ll be meeting with government officials and members of the Chamber of Commerce to analyze plans to grow the small country’s economy and ecotourism. Senglaub, senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Feld Entertainment, a global leader in live entertainment, was honored for his noteworthy career achievements, significant humanitarian efforts, and outstanding contributions to the Fisher community.
