Senior Finance major and Investment Club President, Garrett MacDonald, was recently selected to receive the Turn Around Management’s (TMA) top student award, including a $1500 scholarship.
Dr. Mary Kay Copeland, Assistant Professor of Accounting and Finance, presented three papers at the National and Northeast Regional American Accounting Association (AAA) Conference held in August and October of this year. The purpose of the conference was to promote the research and application of studies completed by accounting faculty and professionals.
The St. John Fisher College Investment Club, a unique student-run investment fund managing a real portfolio worth around $45,000, recently paid a visit to Paychex at the company’s Henrietta facility.
The School of Business welcomed new faculty this year, and named a new staff member to a position that helps business students land valuable internships during their time at Fisher.
