03/20/2015St. John Fisher College recognized Jill Knittel as the 2015 Outstanding Accounting Alumnus of the Year during the 26th annual Accounting Awards Banquet, held Thursday, March 19. Knittel, financial advisor at Sage Rutty & Co., Inc., was honored for her noteworthy career achievements, significant humanitarian efforts, and outstanding contributions to the Fisher community. Student and alumni achievements are recognized every spring at the Accounting Awards Banquet.
Attended by nearly 300 alumni, students, and recruiters, the Accounting Awards Banquet is an opportunity for students to meet professionals in various accounting fields, network with alumni, and celebrate student successes.
The Accounting Alumnus of the Year Award is also given out at the banquet.
