Why Human Resource Development?
The Human Resource Development concentration aims to teach you how to develop individuals to promote a high performance workforce. Through a combination of adult learning theory and practitioner-based training approaches, you will learn the methods used to help employees and organizations reach their full potential.
Program of Study
The Human Resource Development program of study focuses on training and development, organization development, and career planning. You will learn to facilitate and improve workplace learning and effectiveness in addition to increasing individual, group, and organization effectiveness and competency development.
