Accounting Students Finish in 2nd Place in National Tax Competition

Last fall, a team of St. John Fisher College accounting students came in first place in the regional Deloitte FanTAXtic Competition in Boston. Last weekend, they traveled to Dallas to the Deloitte Training Facility for the national – and final – round, where they finished in 2nd place, landing a total of $10,000 in prizes. Read More

Effects of American Taxpayer Relief Act Focus of Upcoming First Friday Lecture

Accounting Awards Banquet

Student and alumni achievements are recognized every spring at the Accounting Awards Banquet, held at the Riverside Convention Center in downtown Rochester.

Attended by nearly 200 alumni, students, and recruiters, it is an opportunity for students to meet professionals in various fields of accounting and to be recognized for their accomplishments during the past year.

The Accounting Alumnus of the Year Award is also given out at the banquet.

» Register online or call (585) 385-8172 Spend an evening with us at St. John Fisher College to learn more about the transfer admissions process. The evening includes presentations from faculty tailored specifically to your area of academic interest. You’ll learn what your desired degree program has to offer, including internship and job placement opportunities. Admissions representatives will be available to discuss transfer and financial aid processes, scholarship opportunities, and transfer credit policies. Current students will also be available to share their experiences and answer your questions. Campus tours will be offered at the conclusion of your information session.
