Sport Management Alum Connected to Calder Cup Win

Kara Kellett-Williams, a 2005 graduate of Fisher’s Sport Management program, holds this year’s Calder Cup. Kara, a staff member for the American Hockey League’s Binghamton Senators, works closely with the organization’s controller and handles various team logistics, such as travel arrangements and immigration issues.

While at Fisher, Kara completed her practicum with the Binghamton Parks and Recreation Department and her 400-hour internship in the Athletic Department at SUNY Binghamton. Immediately after graduation, she worked for the Binghamton Brigadiers, an arena football team. She joined the Binghamton Senators in 2006 and has been with them ever since.
