Franz to Release Book in May
Dr. Tim Franz, Professor of Psychology at St. John Fisher College, will release his new book, Group Dynamics and Team Interventions: Understanding and Improving Team Performance, this May.
The book argues that strong teams can be one of the greatest strengths of an organization, and that poor teams can be devastating. It brings research and practice together to offer proven application and intervention techniques to help optimize team functioning in the workplace. Readers will get a better understanding of the dynamics that inform team behavior, along with assessment tools and practical techniques to create and maintain high-performing teams.
Group Dynamics and Team Interventions: Understanding and Improving Team Performance will be published by Wiley-Blackwell, the international scientific, technical, medical, and scholarly publishing business of John Wiley & Sons, with strengths in every major academic and professional field and partnerships with many of the world's leading societies. The company publishes nearly 1,500 peer-reviewed journals and over 1,500 new books annually in print and online, as well as databases, major reference works, and laboratory protocols.
