First-Year Program
The First-Year Program is designed to assist you in the transition to college and orient you to the history and values of the Fisher community and the characteristics of a successful Fisher student.
The goal is for you to become a responsible citizen, develop critical learning skills, and explore educational and career aspirations.
The First-Year Program will give you the tools to navigate between your increased personal freedom and your new responsibilities. It does more than help you adjust to your new surroundings; it provides the critical-thinking skills required to address the character challenges of college life.
