The Core Purpose of the Human Resources Team is to recruit, recognize, reward and retain the best employees who will contribute to, and embrace, the mission of the College.

Mission Statement

The Human Resources Team administers policies and procedures relating to staffing and selection, benefit administration, professional development, performance management, compensation, and communications as they relate to the employment of Fisher Faculty and Staff.

We provide professional competence with caring guidance and direction that is as consistent as possible and different as necessary.

Human Resources supports the St. John Fisher College Mission Statement by:

• Supporting all members who are responsible for teaching, guiding and serving our students;
• Aspiring to foster a people-oriented environment which emphasizes team member advocacy that is aligned with the college’s mission;
• Creating an inviting and welcoming environment where employees receive personalized attention;
